I think this is the first time I’ve seen someone EAT one of these creations at the end and I’m glad to see it

This is Amaury Guichon and that’s one of the things I love about his videos is not only is he constantly pushing boundaries and creating the most insanely complex chocolate sculptures but every one of his creations is meant to be sliced, smashed, scooped into and eaten!
